On other nitpicks I do think some of designs are less striking than in 1e despite art being cool(like piscodaemon's pose isn't as cool. ![]() Its great to see linnorms lore being slightly expanded as whole whenever they are introduced again in new bestiary book :D Sooo yeah, book does super cool stuff, besides majority of qlippoth coming back with cool art(and designs from 1e), I love how book introduces new lore about categories from previous books. So I got this pdf little bit in advance(because preordering it from roll20 somehow gave me access to pdf) and I did think about giving it 4 star because I was bit worried about stuff like whether writers are consistent with rarity traits(chucacabra is common, hodag is uncommon and water orm is rare, so is chucacabra a cryptid anymore?), lore (remorhaz vs frost worm entries, is bestiary 1 or 2 correct?) and other minor details(such as incorporeal creature that isn't spirit, so what difference between spirits that aren't undead but are incorporeal vs creatures that are incorporeal but aren't spirits?) but week amount of time to think about it made me realize that is too much nitpicking to remove a star :p The Pathfinder Bestiary 2 is also available as:
